Welcome to our Support Help Desk

  • If have used the Help Desk previously then you can login to our support center using the same login details that you received in the past.
  • If you are using the Help Desk for the first time then you can submit a ticket, after this process you will receive a password to login to our support center.
  • You do not have to register to Submit a Ticket 
  • You Cannot use your credentials from our eCommerce sites to login to the Help Desk.

COLLECTION & RETURNS TAKE PLACE MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY DURING OFFICE HOURS ONLY AND NEVER ON SATURDAYS , SUNDAYS or BANK HOLIDAYS

FAILED COLLECTIONS ARE CHARGEABLE AT €15 AND ONCE A COLLECTION HAS FAILED OUR CARRIER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE FURTHER COLLECTION REQUESTS
